This double storey timber clad home on 800m2 was designed with tight town planning constraints, on a narrow site that encompasses close bay views in Mt Martha.
The interior design embraced a mid century feel, with vertical timber cladding featured on a number of areas inside, giving a sense of warmth and nostalgic familiarity.
Outside, the use of Corten window shrouds contrasts beautifully with the deep green upper cladding and oxidised grey lower timber cladding.
A slat water pool and comfortable timber deck was incorporated into lush, liveable gardens.
